Whenever I see a new road, I experience two temptations - run on it, and follow it to its end. I recently completed a journey that took me 17 years - co-founding and building my previous company Cyclades Corporation. Cyclades became a global company, in 15 countries, selling to 85% of Fortune 100 companies; it was a journey of success.

My new opportunity is Coffee Bean Technology where my contributions are entrepreneurship, vision, strategy, leadership and execution. My ultimate goal is to make a difference for our customers, partners and passionate team. The time is right for a new journey of opportunity, a time of rapid change for customers and for business.

I hold an Electronic Engineering degree from the University of Campinas, Sao Paulo - Brazil.

Ilene Steiner

Ilene has led and executed new product launches and business growth successes across many industries. Most recently, she was vice president of marketing at Resultor, a best practices compliance and performance improvement software company. She helped launch one of the largest cellular network expansions and has turned around shrinking consumer brands. Her employers have included Procter & Gamble, HJ Heinz and ATT. She has consulting experience in nonprofits, banking, real estate and software. Ilene has a BS in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Carnegie-Mellon University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
