Social Login increases the registration rate by simplifying the customer registration. The customers use social networks to sign into websites and mobile apps without the need to create a new login and password.
The Social-ID offers social login and plugins for Facebook, Google+, Twitter and LinkedIn.
The social login automatically collects the customer’s social profile to build the customer identity. This data is synchronized to social networks so that when the customers update content on social networks it is also updated on the Social-ID database.
The Social-ID consolidates social logins coming from multiple networks. For example, the customer initially uses Facebook to login to a website and later connects Twitter to his account. In this case the two social profiles are merged into the customer identity and saved onto the Social-ID database, allowing the customer to login with any of them.
The Social-ID integrates to the Facebook Account Kit to offer a login through passwordless credentials.
On this process the user can choose to login using a phone number or email address. Then a code (or link) is sent by SMS or email and the user can use it to authenticate.
Social-ID simplifies the integration with the social networks by providing a single API instead of having to integrate with each social networks’ APIs. Additionally, the Social-ID keeps up to date with the latest API versions released by the social networks.
